1. Seller Eligibility & Registration

  • Sellers must be legally registered businesses or individuals with valid identification.
  • Each seller must provide proof of authenticity and compliance with Lithuanian hallmarking regulations.
  • By registering, sellers agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Product Listings & Authenticity

  • Sellers must ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
  • All jewelry must be handmade and meet Lithuanian quality standards.
  • Counterfeit or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders within the timeframes specified on their product pages.
  • Tracking information must be provided to customers once the order is shipped.
  • Delays must be communicated promptly to customers.

4. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests must follow the guidelines in our Returns & Delivery Policy. Sellers must comply with these terms when handling order disputes, damages, or incorrect products.

5. Seller Fees & Payments

  • Juvelita charges a commission on each sale, deducted automatically from seller payouts.
  • Sellers can withdraw their earnings at any time via the available withdrawal options in their account.
  • Juvelita is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Customer Service & Disputes

  • Sellers must provide professional and timely support to customers.
  • Disputes must be handled directly between sellers and buyers.
  • Juvelita may mediate in unresolved disputes at its discretion.

7. Account Termination & Violations

  • Juvelita reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.
  • Unethical business practices, fraud, or repeated customer complaints may lead to immediate removal.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • Sellers operate as independent sellers and are responsible for their own products and legal compliance.
  • Juvelita is not liable for any claims related to seller products.
  • Sellers agree to indemnify Juvelita against any legal claims arising from their activities on the platform.

9. Product Quality and Authenticity

  • Sellers must ensure all products are genuine, free from defects, and conform to the descriptions provided on the platform.
  • In cases of counterfeit or misrepresented products, sellers are fully responsible for any legal consequences and must indemnify Juvelita against such claims.
  • If a product is found to be defective or not as described, the seller is responsible for providing a remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, in compliance with Lithuanian law.
